HealthOmart offers 2 different shipping services via Courierpost and NZ Couriers.

  • No extra cost for rural deliveries
  • Orders received before 10:30 am on weekdays will be dispatched the same day
  • Courier delivery times will vary depending on your location
  • All orders will be dispatch with a signature required

Plastic bag

  • The basic cost is $5.9, with a weight limit of 2kg
  • The majority of orders will be dispatched in a plastic bag
  • The plastic bag(Trackpac) service offers overnight delivery
  • If the product (honey, glass bottle and etc..) needs extra protection, we recommend you choose the box option as we are not responsible for the damage during the delivery.

Box

  • The basic cost is $8, with a weight limit of 5kg
  • Courier delivery times for the North Island are 1~2 days
  • Courier delivery times for the South Island are 2~4 days
  • Please allow extra time for rural delivery

Track and Trace

  • The track & trace link is provided in your shipping email. Please click the link to check your parcel's journey.
  • If your order has not been delivered on time or if you require further information, please call the courier company mentioned in your shipping email directly. This will ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible without further issues.

Return Policy

Don't need the product you just received anymore or would you like to exchange it for something else? Don't worry, we've got you covered. We are happy to accept refunds and exchanges for any reason!

Please inspect your package prior to opening. If you find a damaged product, please take a photo and contact HealthOmart immediately. This is to protect you and help us resolve any disputes with the courier company.

  • Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase. The process may take up to 10 working days.
  • Simple Change of Mind: The item being exchanged or returned must be available for sale (unopened and undamaged). In the case of a simple change of mind, the return cost is up to the customer.
  • Damaged Item: If you find a damaged package, please take a photo and contact HealthOmart immediately to initiate the return process.
