HealthOmart offers 1 shipping service via ACS. The tracking number will be provided by Korea Post Office.
Orders will be dispatched every Wednesday and Friday. Please promptly provide receiver's information (Name/Mobile/Personal code/Address) in Korean. If personal information is not provided promptly, HealthOmart cannot proceed with your order. All personal information is required by South Korea customs.
Targeted delivery time is 5-7 working days once we have dispatched the order. Courier delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Cost:
The basic cost is $13 with a weight limit of 25kg. There is a $1 charge for every 100g. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated on the checkout page.
Track and Trace:
The track & trace link is provided in your shipping email. Please click the link to check your parcel's journey. Alternatively, you can track your parcel using the provided tracking number through the following link: https://www.shiptrack.co.kr/
Return Policy:
If you don't need the product you just received anymore or would like to exchange it for something else, don't worry, we've got you covered. We are happy to accept refunds and exchanges for any reason!
Please inspect your package prior to opening. If you find a damaged product, please take a photo and contact HealthOmart immediately. This is to protect you and help us resolve any disputes with the courier company.
- Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The process may take up to 14 working days.
- Simple Change of Mind: The item being exchanged or returned must be available for sale (unopened and undamaged). In the case of a simple change of mind, the return cost is up to the customer, with a basic return cost of $40.
- Damaged Item:If you find a damaged package, please take a photo and contact HealthOmart immediately to initiate the return process.
