Royal Jelly is a honey bee secretion that is used in the nutrition of larvae, as well as adult queens. It is a highly concentrated food source containing proteins, free amino acids, carbohydrates, vitamins and 10-HDA. It is widely used in traditional western and Chinese medicine as a tonic for general health and wellbeing.

Directions

• Adults: Take 1-2 capsules with food per day
• or as directed by nutritionists
